All pk70 accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees. Deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are all denominated in PKR.
Each player is permitted one pk70 account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) pk70 Account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. pk70 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your username and password secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify pk70 support immediately at [email protected].
pk70 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity associated with the Account or the Player.
pk70 operates under international gaming licence obligations that require all registered Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may also be required before certain deposit thresholds are reached.
Standard KYC documentation required by pk70 includes:
pk70 may, at its discretion, request additional documentation where the standard documents are insufficient to satisfy verification requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by pk70 may result in Account restrictions or suspension.
All documents submitted are processed in accordance with pk70's Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by law or by pk70's licensing obligations.
All financial transactions on pk70 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk70 does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently supported:
Deposits are credited to your pk70 Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. pk70 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance windows.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Verified Accounts (those that have completed full KYC) are eligible for same-day withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfers are typically processed within one business day. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes subject to network conditions.
pk70 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the Account is under investigation for suspected fraud or breach of these Terms; or (c) there is a reasonable AML concern requiring further review. In such circumstances, pk70 will notify the Player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.
Players may not deposit funds for the purpose of holding them in their pk70 Account without genuine gaming intent. pk70 may refuse to process withdrawals of deposited funds where no gaming activity has occurred, and may return such funds via the original deposit method less any applicable processing fees incurred by pk70.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pk70's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
pk70's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
pk70's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by pk70's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
pk70 collects personal data including identity documents, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records primarily for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, AML monitoring, and the provision of customer support. pk70 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
You have the right to request access to the personal data pk70 holds about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and in certain circumstances to request the deletion of your data, subject to pk70's legal retention obligations under its international licensing requirements.
pk70 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are non-material (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a provision, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law), those changes may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.
The version of these Terms that was in force at the time you placed a specific wager governs any dispute arising from that wager, unless the applicable change in Terms was required by law, in which case the amended Terms apply from the effective date of that legal requirement.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk70's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pk70's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, Players are required to submit a written complaint to pk70 via [email protected]. pk70 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved at first instance, it will be escalated to pk70's compliance team for review within a further ten (10) business days.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent harm.
